These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk347. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pk347. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds returned in accordance with these Terms.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one pk347 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk347 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts.

You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at pk347's discretion.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk347 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pk347 will treat any action taken using your credentials as having been authorised by you. 3.5 Account Currency. pk347 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are displayed and settled in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific promotions or game types.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk347 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. pk347 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pk347 account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take longer depending on standard inter-bank processing times.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. pk347 targets same-day initiation of withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time, subject to verification status.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits before initiating any transaction.
4.5 Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. pk347 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be refunded and the associated account investigated.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by pk347 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. These are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements may vary.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. pk347 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of automated software, pattern betting designed to exploit bonus conditions, collusion between players, or opening of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
5.4 One Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses and new-player promotions are limited to one per player, per household, and per device. pk347 uses technical and procedural measures to enforce this policy.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus balances that have not been used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your account without further notice.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on pk347 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. pk347 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already known at the time of placement.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types on the Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and may vary by event, market, game, and player account.
6.3 Errors and Technical Faults. In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, game outcomes, or system malfunctions, pk347 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. pk347 is not liable for losses arising from technical faults that are outside its reasonable control.
6.4 Cricket and PSL Markets. All cricket betting markets, including PSL, Test cricket, T20Is, and ODIs, are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. In-play markets are settled based on the state of play at the time of market suspension or event conclusion, as applicable.
6.5 Casino Game RTP. All casino and slot games available on pk347 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual titles are available within each game's information panel.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk347 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the pk347 platform — including but not limited to the pk347 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to pk347 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pk347 content without express written permission.
8.3 Restrictions. You must not scrape, crawl, mirror, or otherwise systematically extract data from the pk347 Platform. You must not use pk347 trademarks or branding in any manner that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by pk347 without prior written consent.
pk347 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the legal agreement between you and pk347.
pk347 may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
10.1 No Warranty. The pk347 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk347 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk347 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. pk347's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk347 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. pk347 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, network outages, or third-party platform failures.

12.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your pk347 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.
12.2 Suspension by pk347. pk347 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination — whether initiated by you or by pk347 — your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 10, and 13 of these Terms survive termination and continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming regulatory standards. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk347 Platform, you agree to first contact pk347 support to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing any formal proceedings.
pk347 operates a formal complaints procedure. Complaints may be submitted in writing to [email protected]. pk347 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.
pk347 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk347 will provide reasonable notice to players via the registered contact method on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
